So Today is Day 1..
About me..where do I start ? I’m a mum of two beautiful little people, I’m 25 years old and I’m on a mission to lose weight. I would just go down to the gym but I’ve an injury which stops me doing almost anything and I’m fed up feeling depressed and tired and feeling crap about myself.
Since my injury I’ve put on a lot of weight and just over the years ive gone from been a healthy happy 12 stone to 17 stone 5.5lbs which is devastating because i honestly never thought myself to be THAT big but well the scales and don’t lie and im fed up been this big (I don’t like using the F*T word) and in pain so this is why im doing the juice fast.
I recently seen a documentary about this guy who was basically feeling the same was I was and he stated the juice fast…in like 60 days he lost so much weight and all his health was amazing and it was just very inspiring to watch. So off I went got myself a juicer and some fruits and veggies and off I go!! The thing is with this you can only drink the juice of the fruit and veggies you juice, water and herbal tea’s. NO food at all. I’m going to do this for 15 days to start off with and hopefully I will continue on to 30.
Here’s my diary anyways I’m not sure if I’m getting enough juice but the rule is when your hungry or thirsty drink juice you cant over do it on juice because its fruit and veggies but I’m sure ill find out along the way if its enough or not!!
2 x 350 mls 1/2 cucumber, 4 sticks celery, 6 handfuls of spinach, 1/2 lemon, 1 apple, 5 slices of pineapple
2 x 400 mls 2 oranges, 2 apples, 1 pear, 5 slices of pineapple 1/2 lemon.
Mood out of 10 : very tired 7/10 headache 7/10 hunger 3/10
notes on the day: started off pretty well didn’t feel hungry at all until it was dinner time and everyone was eating around me!!! had such a god awful headache i had to go to bed at 9pm 😦
